I wanted to let you know that we were very thankful for your service this winter. The Ice Control that was environmentally friendly did not kill any of our plants or grass that was newly planted around the property. We always arrived and had a clean parking lot to drive into. We definitely would like to enjoy your service again next year if it still is cost effective for us.

Lincolnwood Town Center is a regional mall located on the Near North side. The parking lot contains 1863 parking spaces and over 100 landscaped islands. During the 2004/2005 snow season, we utilized the services of Everest Snow Management, Inc. for our snow removal needs. After several years of poor or failed performance by other snow removal contractors, the crew at Everest Snow Management quickly proved that our snow removal concerns were behind us.
Our main goal was to have our parking lot ready for use by the open of business. Everest deployed the appropriate equipment an manpower to meet the needs of each specific snow occurrence. Whether it be a large or small snow event, the needs of this mall were always met. Everest Snow Management kept us apprised of all aspects of the snow removal process before, during, and after the storm.
